At the entrance to the foyer, a suspending cabinet defines the entryway while solving the bad vibes for the corridor in the aspect of feng shui; the double-square circulation to enter/exit the living room or the kitchen is extremely smooth, while the fire below symbolizes the image of charcoal fire, which also features heat energy and may be used as a heater during winter.
The television wall in the living room is with simplified and well-executed lines together with curved soft spatial ambience, while the study behind the dining table used electric glass film, which may be controlled via mobile phone APP to become matt or clear glass, varying freely between the broad field of visions and private tranquility.
The apartment is 317 square meters.
For the private space, the bed is faced towards the window, such that sunlight bath may be experienced in every morning, while the changing room in the back utilized standing floor mirror to endow it with infinitely extended depth image; the consistent lighting and continuous window views extending from the living room to the study allows the entire corridor with the feeling of a sky garden.
The project was finished in July 2019, located in Taichung City, Taiwan.
For the constructional materials, H-steel with excellent loading capacity is applied to suspend the marble in order to block off the vision of the hallway, further demonstrating the smooth circulation in all directions; for the ceiling, the constant height hides away the complicated pipelines, and the visual layers are further enriched via different materials including titanium-plating, trims and painting materials, as well as light belt and colors; the display shelf is arranged with electric glass film capable of operating the opening and shutting, while the vision may interact with the public area to form an independent space.
The value of a mansion is not from the resplendent stacking of marbles or titanium plating, but rather shines due to the majestic manner of the residents.
